Shipping Policy

At GROWiT India Pvt. Ltd., we ensure safe and timely delivery of every order. Please read our shipping policy before completing your payment.

1. Dispatch & Delivery

• All orders are shipped from our Head Office: 606A, Union Heights, Beside Rahul Raj Mall, Vesu, Surat – 395007.

• Orders are delivered through trusted logistics partners such as DTDC or as per the requirement.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

• Dispatch timelines: All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Method

• We offer Paid Door Delivery across India.

• Once dispatched, you will receive shipping details such as courier name and tracking number.

3. Risk & Responsibility

• Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

• Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the transporter.

4. Failed Delivery / Non-Acceptance

If you refuse delivery after a shipment is dispatched:

• Orders below ₹50,000:
  ₹10,000 handling fee + actual transportation charges + applicable taxes.

• Orders above ₹50,000:
  100% of the invoice value + transportation charges + applicable taxes.

5. Inspection at Delivery

• Please inspect the package upon arrival.

• Report manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Other queries or complaints must be informed in writing within 30 days of delivery.

6. No Liability for External Damages

We are not responsible for product damage caused by:

• Wrong installation

• Excess exposure to chemicals or UV rays

• Natural calamities (flood, fire, pest attack, rain, etc.)

7. Jurisdiction

All shipping-related disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.
